PILOT POSITIONS
NEW HIRE
As a new hire, you will be trained with our best trainers and pilots in order to provide comprehensive experience. This will allow you to gain useful skills as a pilot in Infinite Flight and in our Virtual Airline that will allow you to progress to different ranks in our system.
SUPPORT STAFF

TRAINER
As a trainer, you will help the head trainer in training new recruits to the airline. You may be promoted to a trainer through the virtual airline or you may be hired as a trainer. Trainers have to go through a more extensive training process to ensure they’re fit to teach.
CERTIFIED IFATC
Events are always fun, but they’re even better with ATC! As the airlines certified IFATC, you’ll be called upon to provide top notch service at airports that we’re holding events at. Note that you will have to get proper clearance to open most airports for events through IFATC staff.
STAFF POSITIONS
We are currently accepting staff applications! Experience is a key component, so if you apply, ensure you have extensive experience as an Infinite Flight Pilot, and community member. All staff are trained and familiarized with the airline on a more extensive scale than pilots.

Promotions are available, as positions like Chief Pilot, and COO are not hired for. In addition, if you show excellence in additional fields unrelated to your job title, there is plenty of flexibility to allow "all a-rounder" type positions.
HEAD TRAINER
As the head trainer, you will ensure quality piloting throughout the virtual airline. You will be at the forefront of any decision making when it comes to training and the training process. Attending training activities is also another duty that will be yours. You will have the opportunity to work with new recruits, and help them progress through the virtual airline. Please ensure you have a flexible schedule prior to applying for this position.
RECRUITER
As the head recruiter, you will be responsible for the intake of new pilots and staff. Ensuring their application and welcome process is a breeze is a top priority. Beyond this, you will also be in control of all the information coming through on the application forms and websites. You must also have a flexible schedule for this duty as you will need to tend to new recruits on a regular basis!
